2. Products and Prices
Prices indicated include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, although confirmed orders will be honored at the price at the time of purchase.
3. Purchase Process
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The sales contract is perfected at the time of payment. If a product is unavailable after purchase, we will inform you and proceed with a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.
4. Shipping
- Peninsular Spain: Free shipping on orders over €49. For smaller orders, the cost is €4.95.
- Balearic Islands: €6.95.
- Portugal: €7.95.
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days.
5. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from receipt to return any unused product in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective products.
6. Warranty
All our products have a minimum warranty of 2 years in accordance with Spanish legislation. If you detect a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hola@snubbi.es.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on snubbi.es (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Snubbi S.L. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
8. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
