At Snubbi, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible and without worries.

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return the product.
Conditions
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, breastfeeding items are only accepted if the seal is intact.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
How to return?
- Write to us at hola@snubbi.es indicating your order number.
- We will send you a prepaid return label.
- Drop off the package at the nearest collection point.
Defective product: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return costs. Send us a photo of the problem and we will resolve it within 48 hours.
